Can I use your products Royatly-Free?

Our products become 100% royalty-free to the purchaser.  The Purchaser is granted a single user license to use our sounds in their recordings,  including commercially released musical compositions,  without any additional royalties or fees to pay. However,  if the purchaser's order is refunded,  this license is revoked.

Can I use your products to co-write with third parties?

Credited writers and producers of,  commercial releases or otherwise made with our products,  must own a single user license. This includes releases for social media or any other platform which promotes music made with our products.

Can I use your products in my recording studio and allow my clients to use them?

No.  As previously mentioned anybody making music with our products must own a single user license.

Can I make Library Music with your products?

Yes.  As long as our products are not soloed in the Library music compositions.  All audio loops from our products must be accompanied or layered with at least two other musical layers in the Library music in order to protect our product. However for the avoidence of doubt the Library music created cannot be offered for use in other sample libraries etc. It can only be used to Sync music for Tv ads, film music etc. If you have any doubts please refer to our Terms and Conditions or email us at :-  info@atomicwav.com

Are your products safe to use?

Yes.  Atomic Wav only releases products which are 100%  royalty- free to the purchaser as per our Terms and Conditions.

Will I need to credit your products on any of my releases?

No. This is at your discretion but if you do, it would be greatly appreciated !
